This little bronze has recently come into my possession. Does anyone know how to straighten him up? Surely he's not meant to be at such a jaunty angle? Curiously, he seems to be off centre of the base too. Does anyone know if he's missing something?. Any information or suggestions would be gratefully received. Thank you.

Is it marked ??? The base looks rather thick.
Yes, it's marked with the RR reversed and 'Made in Austria'.
