Hello, any doll experts can help me identifying those two dolls, please ?! The short one is made out of bisque, the taller seems to be some sort of resin. (?).
I’m absolutely clueless about dolls. Any insight will be much appreciated!

The the little bisque imp with the moulded hair was produced by the Hertwig factory, located in Katzhütte, Thuringen, Germany. The doll wearing the pink striped frock is made of composition, comprising sawdust, glue, et cetera, and is likely a Japanese-made piece.

No, this babe was, alongside the Hertwig flappers and other era-appropriate dollhouse characters, made circa 1920s; early Rose O'Neill Kewpie collectibles were fashioned in the 1910s. The little bisque doll does have similar cherubic features, though. You have a darling duo!
