Hello everyone!!
A recent find of mine is this wonderful little antique cold painted hare inkwell. It's made of spelter and very nicely detailed. It's suffered a small amount of paint loss throughout it's lifetime. I was very happy to find that it still had it's original glass inkwell. Many times the glass inkwells have been broken or missing all together. This piece measures 2 7/8" tall, 2 3/4" deep ad 2 7/8" wide. It's not marked, but I'm willing to believe this piece originated from Paris, France.
