Since porcelain sign Pickers have found that they can get huge prices for signs by pitting collectors against each other in Auctions, it has signs more expensive than cars! I just bought this 1954 Nash Metro for 1/4 the price of a sign I wanted to buy and decided I’d paint the Metro and put it on a pole in place of the sign and save $$$. I’m pretty sure the car on a pole will turn more heads than a 4’ sign on a pole! I’m also looking at a couple of other cars to put on poles. Seems like a novel idea?
There's a junkyard not too far from me, that has a corvette on a pole. Been up there for years and gets repainted every so often. I often wonder how many people have tried to buy it?
It's near a major roadway and gets lots of attention.

Thanks for the info. I checked it out and love it. Just ordered a few parts that will help with the appearance. A paint job will make a big difference.
