    Rare Rockford #145, quadruple plate. Figural giraffe and palm tree stationed beside the ring, all atop rectangular base with relief pattern to the sides. Never seen one like this!

      If you go to the big german auction sites they sell multiples of very elaborate napkin rings every month almost. Very nice one.
