      Hi Lori,
      Not Juliana, D & E never used crescent moon accents, but they did use pillowcase crystals in many designs. I’ve seen another on Etsy as a “Juliana” NO SO!
      You have such a wide variety of pieces! Such a wonderful diverse collection!
      This brooch is beautiful!
      Could this be an unsigned Kramer made by D & E for Kramer? Hmmmm!
