Does anyone know what the brass handle is? Someone said gas pump but i cant find it anywhere. It says 1890 and I failed at looking on google.

Nice license plates also put them on the wall in the garage not in the box
Yup, looks like an old crank up gas tank handle. You cranked around and around until the arrow pointed to zero, then pumped your gas. Although back then most garages were not self service. They even checked your oil, washed the windshield and aired up your tires FOR FREE.
