Just trying to find out more about this. It's like like all the one's I see online. They are oval back and this is square and much large 25 x 19.

I rather imagine this is not an official Boar's Head sign but rather it is one they possibly authorized to be made. If you look around at the official signs licensed and and made for them you will see a difference. Their official signs were worded Boar's Head Brand with the word Brand under the sign. Also they have registered trademarks with different wording that are used in different countries around the world. The era of your sign will probably depend on a number of factors including the tube size and material it is made of, is the transformer original? If it is then it should be dated. It appears to be mounted on a standard multi use base and the square background may well have been added on after the fact for display purposes by the original shop owner.
