"'I am wishing for the one I love,'" and I have found her—and cleaned her—the other day!
From another neophytic eBay seller, I purchased this little darling who, arriving upon my doorstep derelict, frowsy, and loosely strung, refused to abdicate her imaginary throne. Gojo cleanser, and a noble pastel, used to soften the appearance of crazing, were concomitant in imparting her regal complexion. Her original muted goldenrod charmeuse silk and brown corduroy frock was five times soaked, restoring the resplendent olive-green threads in the tatted adornment encircling the neckline. Next, I shall clean her original oilcloth shoes, otherwise, I am to have a discalced princess.
