here is another brooch by WEISS. this brooch is in real good shape for the age based on the signature. it is a clear dome shaped brooch accented with pave' ribbon plumes. there are both round and marquise shaped stones surrounding a larger round center . This brooch measures approx 2-3/4" - oval shaped. Beautiful. thanks for stopping to look.
Weiss was a great company and some of their designs are stellar !~
thank you for the the comments and the information, it is well received. I have seen a few pieces with the backs rough, almost like pot metal, those are fake. Especially the glue.... thanks again
