I have searched for the maker and any other information about this guy but have found nothing. There are no markings on it. Could be an old model for a train diorama. It's fairly heavy for its size and the metalwork is rough. Any information would be appreciated. Is it ARCADE, Hubley?

Model A...ignore the prices. They are all over the place.
Obviously a mafia car with the window shot out. The world hasn't changed a bit.
