Found this today while going through an old abandoned house. There is a paper inside that says, Blue Mayan Vase, Prince Cah (seated) one side, Prince Aak (evil) with Princess Mu, other side. Also says "very old" at the bottom of the paper. It is 9" tall. I`ve searched but can`t seem to find any info. Any ideas??? Thanks for lookin! Rob

Thanks Jenni! I`m not sure that the names of the characters on the paper are right, I`ve searched them and came up empty. I`m going to search for Mayan royalty names later and see if I can find out who these figures represent. Thanks again!

Made for export and/or tourist trade. Probably around 1950's - 60's

      Mexico is Aztec, not Maya.

Celiene the Mayan's did in fact migrate to Mexico and sell their wares from there. There quite a few there actually. Google it if in doubt.

Thanks again for all of the love its!!! I don`t know much about pottery but I still think this is older than the 50`s or 60`s, look at the wear in pic. 2 and the crazing on the bottom.
