generically speaking: art deco slip shade chandelier
Would like to know the maker. Patent pending is all I can find. Not sure where to look for maker’s mark. Thanks for the info.
finding maker is a long shot but you might check the old catalogs at:

*Sometimes* there might be a clue inside its ceiling bezel...??
