On the back of the frame it says Tf11 Aj976 and then a ladies name.

I'm definitely not an expert, but if you expand one of the images, especially the one with the signature, you can see an overall pattern of small circles/dots. Between that, and the "Tf11 Aj976" marking, I'd say it's a print.
As to the signature, all I can make out is the beginning, which looks to me like "Gnu."
