Its from the later fifties or about 1967 to 1973 when they made lamps in abundance. They were known for making these metal bases in wonderful detail. Sometimes they used a diffuser so they could light up the glass base part also. About 95 to 99% of these lamps were never marked so identifying who made them can be a chore. Also a lot of them came with a set of ceiling lamps. I love seeing new ones which I have not seen before. I remember buying them in the 90's when they started showing up at garage sales. Sometimes they made special tables with marble tops to hold them. Most of those with a table were made in Italy but there were some great makers in the U.S. and Canada also.
