Appx 2" x 1.75" Mystery Medallion . Heavy 40 Grams. Old Sailing Ship on one side and a Shirtless Man with Headdress/ Hat & Spear/ Staff on the other. The Letters KE and i think an O with a line through it are near the rim. I believe the metal is cast brass or bronze. I think this is vintage but not sure ...possibly antique?
