I found this at Goodwill several years ago. There was a very small piece of paper , which said if I remember correctly, Worlds Fair 194? The stamp has FR NECEL in the middle....any thoughts or knowledge? I absolutely love it. Looks like some of the Czech and Polish ceramics..
