Marked ATO with the crossed arrows, the mark of HAU (de Hamburg-Amerikanische-Uhrenfabrik). Ato licensed their ATO clocks to HAU in 1928, but HAU was acquired by Junghans as early as 1930. The clock bears the ATO brass plate on the back of the case.
The clock runs on a battery.
    Dimensions: 18" in height. 10"wide 3" depth.

The movement is fine running condition and the cabinet and dial are in pristine condition, there is a little wear around the battery compartment in the back.
The instructions on the back are in German, but here is an English translation

This clock uses only GroBe brand batteries (no longer in business), size 616 (35x70x95 mm) manufactured by the Hamburg-American clock factory. Schramberg batteries (also no longer in business) may be used, but we do not guarantee the clock will run smoothly.
    Starting the clock
Connect the Red wire to the (+) terminal
Connect the green wire with the (-) clamp

Before transporting, disconnect the red from the (+) terminal to avoid harm to the clock and its contact parts.
    Connect only when using.

This regulator was adjusted to a rate difference of +/- 1 seconds per day and every change of location makes readjustment necessary.
One full turn of the pendulum Bob to the right results in speeding the clock by about 1/2 minute per day, moving the bob to the left causes a slowing corresponding movement.
