I've had this pair of porcelain hand vases for many years, they were purchased very cheaply at a flea market. It was late afternoon & the stallholders were packing up, so I scored a great deal on these as the seller just wanted to get rid of them!
They are Victorian era, no makers mark so I'm not sure if they're English or European origin.
Made from white porcelain with some areas glazed & some left unglazed.
I've posted these for vintagelamp who posted a glass hand vase yesterday which was based on this shape with the beaded bracelet. I do have a glass hand vase based on this same shape, but it is currently packed away - I'll post a photo when I get around to digging it out.

I will dig out my glass one that's like yours in the near future...mine is clear with a yellowy - orange tinge. I'm not able to display all my hand vases & a have quite a lot stored away...

Thank you! I just liked to look of the vase, but it looks a little rough compared to the others. Too bad that you have to store such beautiful things away, but I certainly understand :)
