From an estate-found box of several sorta similar, this is a portrait (photograph, I presume?) of a dapper young-ish gentleman wearing his dress suit. It is held in a really cool antique frame suspended in a holder base, with applied plaster (??) decorated fancywork details now slightly chipped and worn. I do not have the slightest idea who he is or anything about him, nor when the portrait was made and framed. There are no visible markings whatsoever, it measures 13" across the felted bottom.

I had to go across the room to check ….I have a frame almost identical- very slight variations. I found mine in the attic of an old house which seemed to have been vacant for a long time.
I put a mirror in it. I don’t know how old it is either.

      Very cool!
My guess is 1920s going by the wide peaked lapels on his jacket & undercut hair.
Sort of like how I dress now...100 years out of date LOL...
