I acquired a very rare 1903 Phare Solar automobile spotlight that I was able to match to a same date (1898 to 1903 patent dates) Badger Solar acetelyne generator. Automobile spotlights were accesories to only the most expensive and powerful vehicles of the time (Cadillacs, Loziers, Whites, etc.) To find an original condition light (never restored), pristine with original patina is rare enough. However, to find a perfect matching acetelyne generator (by the same manufacturer) is virtually unheard of nowadays. Does anybody have an idea of what these together may be worth?
