This 1 3-4" wreath style brooch features green teardrop rhinestones with white accent stones and matching 3-4" clip earrings, on goldtone. The brooch is marked B David (1945-1993), the earrings have patent #1967985 dating this set from the 1960s

The large teardrops are beautiful but all of B. David's work appears exemplary !~

Beautiful B. David set. I love the company’s delicate intricate work. Teardrops seem to be a “signature” choice on a lot of their pieces.

Searching thanks so much for your awesome compliments, agree that B David's quality was always top drawer. And I'm a big fan of emerald green & white stones, which perhaps hearkens back to my love of ballet - as a teen my dad often was my 'date' attending NYC ballets, and I distinctly remember going to one called Jewels in three acts - Emeralds, Rubies and Diamonds, with costumes of glittering gems & velvet, so extravagant! One of the danseurs was Edward Villella who was then something of a sensation in the ballet world, a very athletic dancer

I've been really glad for you since you've added B David to your collection, as you now know it's a beautifully diverse vintage brand with gorgeous settings & rhinestone colors, my first was one of their birthstone crowns and it's been a love affair ever since
Thanks so much Daisy for your super praise, yes B David did do very precise intricate work, I have yet to find any loose stones in any of their lovely jewelry such as this 60 yo set. Oh I love the teardrop rhinestones too and here they are arranged in perfect symmetry, another of their hallmarks
