Sklo's post a few days ago made me recall the basket I have got for some time.The shape is the same but the decor is different.The basket is made of one layer transparent green glass ,I guess ,with cased white and oxblood pieces of glass.This is also posible that the inner layer is clear and the outer layer is green but it's difficult to state if you aren't familiar with glass production technology.

This is a wonderful basket - & the colours make me think of Christmas, which is not so far away!
You're right Marin,it fits for Christmas very well.However,I'm not dreaming about this holiday.We haven't got white ,snowy Christmas for years.I definitely prefer summer ,even if it is very hot ;)
I'm not sure what to expect for Christmas - last year it was cold & wet & I was wearing winter clothes, & the year before there was extreme heat & dangerous bushfires. Usually it's hot or at least very warm...but heavy rain & storms are just as often a possibility!
Isn't it interesting that we associate Christmas with completely different weather conditions?:)
I love this one, Iwona, and think the glass is the décor 'Oxblood and Green'. Oddly I saw one in that décor on ebay.uk this week, having never seen a basket in that décor ever before.
