I purchased this gent about a month ago to add to my Black Americana collection. I would like to know if anyone has any information on this piece specific to the maker and the time period. I am guessing from the late teens to the early 20’s…he has the number 64 on the bottom and is hollow made of plaster. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.
