D&M Baseball Glove Salesman Sample Midget Line

Picked this tiny treasure this week at an Antique Store. It was listed as a child’s Baseball glove.
Measures about 3 inches x 4 inches.
Found sold comps and they describe it as a salesman Sample. Some even show it in a box.
