DeLizza & Elster - iridescent "Geode"crystals that sparkle multiple colors, accented with aurora borealis rhinestones in a gold tone setting.
This is a book piece set pictured in the book "Juliana Jewelry-The last Generation" on page 273.
The stunning bracelet measures 7" long and has a safety chain for added security. The earrings are clip on style and measure 1"x 3/4".

It looks like a really polished bracelet and next to Sherman I look forward to seeing d&e as they might have been the first for people rushing to find that sparkle in their stones and glitter in their gold !~
Thank you both for the lovely comments. I wasn't sure what this really was until I received it, what a surprise! the bigger surprise is when I saw a brooch and earring set for sale at $1774.00 - I don't know if that is a real sell price - it was on etsy????

Eileen, I can see where the items are overpriced, sellers will be sellers, I was just amazed that I didn't find very many pieces either for sale or in an online site as just photos, so I can imagine a seller thinking Rare! LOL Lori
