Another upgrade to my GI Joe collection. This is the sand bag set and it is on the card with the original cellophane. The cellophane is sealed like record albums used to be and not just taped shut. It also has the helmet sticker which has the set name and number. On the back of the card is the manual and inside the manual is a catalog. Hard to see so you will have to take my word for it. I believe it is like the one seen in the last photo.
This card is lucky to stay intact after 55 plus years.
