This is a 16" Coke Sign that has am 86 printed on the side. Does anyone know what that stands for?
My next door neighbor is moving and he gave me this sign.

AM is Allen-Morrison Sign Co., 86 is a production date code. Many believe the numbers are month and last digit of year of manufacture, so Aug 1956 in this case. These button signs are very collectible and 16" can bring a premium, because they complete pilaster signs of the period.
