Not sure what organization, but definitely not military. Searching online may tell you what group used similar hilts.
Not what you want to hear.... but overall, I would call this a Frankensword-- poorly constructed and assembled from a myriad of unrelated pieces:
1. Very poor quality casting on the hilt-- on the left side in your photo #1, the residue has been left between the two loops. Looks like someone did it to replace a missing hilt. Additionally, no detail to the figure.
2. If you look at where the hilt and blade join-- there is a big glob of metal used to attach the blade to hilt. Indicative of a "parts" piece.
3. The wood handle is unusual.
4. The blade should be close to the length of the sheath. Your sheath is almost the length of the hilt longer than the blade itself.

Scottvez, thanks 4The info I just think the blade is slightly warned.. I had a German tank ceremony sword quality was a lot better I think the pictured sword is from England I found a WW1 English Military bayonet w/ it.. only paid 60 for the fraternal organization sword..
