Small trinket box – candy dish approximately 3.5 inches diameter. Seems to be made out of porcelain, there are no markings that I can find. Very unusual face on top kind a looks like an Ogre. Not sure when I got it probably in the mid to late 70s

By the looks of the possibly toothless guy on the lid, my guess is this is a denture cup. :^)
Dimensions would be helpful.
Oops….sorry! U did say it 3.5” round…but what does that mean?? Diameter? Circumference?
