This is a lamp I posted before I had it and I was amused by the seller's description which stated "the inside bubbles are removable".
It's now arrived and I can clarify what removable bubbles are.
Tiny glass beads! Yep. Inside the green glass shade tiny glass beads have been glued so that when the lamp is lit it is extra bubblelicious.
The photos aren't very clear sorry but there are millimetre sized glass balls all over the internal wall of the glass shade. Some have fallen off around the base so there you are, that is the removable bubble concept.
It's very funky and a lovely bright lime green when lit.

The bubble mystery solved at last!
It's like Coralene but on the interior rather than exterior...& the neon lime is super groovy!
So if this lamp looks better lit, light this one to better see the unlit Rinpa lamp!

I love it removable bubbles.Wait a minute Karen you didn’t read the directions were it says you have to throw it against the wall and that removes the bubbles.Nice find.
