Phil thank you so much for your fabulous kind compliments, this Bogoff design has a wintry sort of snowflake look I thought, that co loved to use white rhinestone on silvertone deco style "branches" with the ends in different pastel colors, in this case light blue. It's a favorite vintage designer of mine & I'm really glad you liked it
