I'm now leaning towards Welz rather than Kralik, 15cm. tall, probably pre-1900 and maybe as early as 1880. It has a typical Bohemian/Czech ground rim and the feet have also been ground slightly so it stands upright. It is possibly a bulb vase.

Thanks Phil, I can't find one like it but I did post a small jug a while ago which has similarities.
