    Hello, I am a vintage costume jewelry collector. I found this piece from a junky brooch lot that I purchased recently. It’s signed RETZIGNAC CARACAS 18K, I couldn’t find much information about this maker online. Could anyone tell me more about it? Any information is appreciated! Thank you and merry Christmas!
