Very similar to the Matchbox Scarcern Armored Personnel Carrier this is the Dinky Toys version. It has grey wheels just like the early Matchbox models. Not sure why grey wheels were popular in the long ago but they were.
The Dinky version is larger but less detail. Plus the turret doesn't turn.
