    This 2" golden topaz rhinestone brooch has faceted stones of varied shape in a star design, on goldtone. By Kramer of New York (1943-1980) ca 1960s

      Phil thank you for your marvelous praise, I am delighted you liked this Kramer brooch; prong set stones that I know you prefer
      (can't always find them on my various vintage designers but I try). Agreed I absolutely adore teardrop rhinestones they may be my favorite cut, and here Kramer enhanced the piece putting them in a star pattern. I thought a star quite appropriate for New Year's, like a starry firework lighting up the sky :)
