I found this Gouda console bowl at the Alameda Flea market today. I'm hoping someone knows how to decipher the markings on the bottom to find out when it was made, etc... Thank you!

The cross with the two dots underneath the bowl says it is from 1926

thanks mp.kunst! Apparently it's by Amp Smit for Zuid. Mr. Smit has quite a history as an artist beyond Gouda as well. Interesting guy! He worked for the Zuid factory [or something like that] for just 2-3 years.

Amp Smit start working for Plateelfabriek Zuid-Holland (PZH) in 1929 as a decoration designer. He stay working for PZH until 1930.
In 1926 he was working and study in Berlin Germany.

i think that this was made when he was working for PZH. i was told that it was made in 1927.
