Hi, everyone I just picked this scooter? or tricycle? up at a flea market. Not sure what it actually is or who makes it or even a year! All I know is that the handle stands up or it can lay down... It had pedals on the front wheel and the front forks are like a thick cast iron (not pressed tin). The wood or what is left of it looks like it was a seat that you could have sat on and pulled handle down and road it like a tricycle? And it also looks like you could stand on the pressed tin foot spot and ride it like a push scooter. Can anyone help in finding out if this is original or around what year it was made...who made it.....what it would be considered as a toy....anything would help. Thanks

Geez, dansmith.... did you just look at the pictures without reading any more? As they explain on the site:

"If you ever wonder why we charge $5 for priceguide access and appraisal service, refer to the story above. It’s frustrating to take the time to answer questions, just to have your response ignored. And even more frustrating to see people getting scammed on eBay paying $300 for a reproduction tricycle that is about identical to other repos that normally sell (or don’t get any bids) in the $25-50 range. If you ever wonder why we charge $5 for priceguide access and appraisal service, refer to the story above. You don't mention anything about a valuation and it looks like the website could quite possibly assist in identifying what the form would be if it was complete ~ and maybe a lot more ~ gratis (as in no charge). True hobbyists like "Pop_abides" are like that, you know? But if you DO want the value, it's still cheap at $5 bucks IMO from someone with specific expertise in the form.
