I love it! What a gorgeous brooch, so beautiful and detailed! The tail and leaves are so fabulous, and flowing like a real bird of paradise. These birds are so showy anyway, sitting on a rainforest branch, showing off so this brooch definitely conveys that! :D

Lauren you are so right, the birds of paradise are the show offs of the avian world, I remember seeing some on the front lawns at various zoos strutting & flouncing around!
