A hand-painted porcelain vase by ROSENTHAL, Germany, from the 1950s.
The vase was hand-painted by the artist Lis Müller, who worked for Rosenthal around 1955 although this vase is not signed
The form of the vase was designed by one of my personal favourites Tapio Wirkkala (1915 - 1985).
Marked on the bottom of the vase : Rosenthal, Handmalerei, Germany. M 31.

This is beautiful, I remember the years finding these slowly and regarding them each as precious as the first. I especially loved their figures but these hand painted vases are each very desirable !~
