This cloth doll, purchased by grandfather on tour as a Navy Pilot, is about 7" tall. I appreciate any insight into the country of origin or any identifiable features. Thank you!

My best guess is Turkey?
Your grandfather's international doll collection is awesome, he must have toured at such interesting places. This doll is so beautifully and carefully wrapped, a lot of care went into the making of her.
