    The first two image show a great little labeled version that was sold on Ebay back in 2008. The label read;
    PROF. DEAN’S
    King Cactus Oil
    Company
    HEALING OIL LINIMENT
    DIRECTIONS.
    Apply freely, two or three time a day to all open wounds. Use a sponge when necessary. For Burns, Swellings, and Lameness apply freely and dab gently. In case of Rheumatism saturate a flannel cloth and lay on the affected parts.

    PROF. DEAN’S
    King Cactus Oil
    Company
    Clinton, Iowa

    I discovered an advertisement from The Pharmaceutical era, Volume 38 printed on Nov. 7, 1907 that listed 5 different sizes. They cost $.15, $.50, $1.00, $3.00, and $5.00 I know of only three; the small rectangular bottle above which I believe to be 5.125" tall cost $.15, 6.375" round, and a 9.5" round. All three came in either clear or amber glass.
    The third image shows the embossing on the amber 9.5" round, and the fourth an amber rectangle 5.125" tall. All amber bottles are scarce to rare. Full-labeled bottles are exceptionally rare. If you know of any other variations please contact me.

      I just obtained a 9.5" round clear embossed bottle for this and found your post while I was researching. I found an ad for this in the August 28, 1908, Weekly Review of Crawfordsville IN, that lists bottles for $.15, $.50, & $1.oo. Also, while it didn't list the price, it did say it was available in 1/2 gallon and gallon cans also. This is probably where the $3.00 and $5.00 prices came from. I also found some info @ docstoc.com that said this was often stocked in a bulk 5 gallon can at the drug store and they would fill a bottle for you in 1 of 3 sizes. I realize yours is a 3 year-old post, but I thought I'd replay anyway.
