An exciting purple Boy Scout Neckerchief I picked up at last month's Rose Bowl. It was a big month as I still have other items to post from that.
Anyway it is an interesting color for a neckerchief. It is either purple with a blue tinge or blue with a purple tinge. Regardless it is a bit more colorful than the usual neckerchief. Otherwise it is the most common pattern. At least in the past although they still make them with this pattern. I think they were more common in the 1970s and earlier.
I have added an exciting side view to show off this neckerchief. I think next week I will do a post on the slides. This one and the uniform are all period correct for the 1970s.
