This has a well known Welz rim crimp and also the raised medallion which is a marker for Welz. Only the décor is unusual. Like the tall vase it has a base layer of teal green, then mica inclusions and finally an amber outer casing. The amber makes the silver coloured mica appear gold.

Super interesting to see the last photo; they are the same decor, but the scale of the mica is so different. Great eye to see that, Peggy! I have never seen this decor before - thanks for sharing it!
For me, Michelle, the basket is my best find for some time. It is conclusive evidence that the tall vase is Welz 100%.
