    This was made in Germany but hard to which Germany. Most were made in Western Germany which was US occupied Germany after WWII. There is also pre-war Germany and post-unification Germany. They may still be making this in Germany but it is possible.
    This one is about 7" long and has a nice doily fringe around the edges where it opens. Also there is some glitter inside but the flakes are very small.
    In the last photo I have it with my other paper mache eggs. Also a few other pieces I have posted in the past. A special easter post may be coming up.

      In photo #3, it must be the black Cat's tail under the open egg shells! Cat's do love to be near anything that has to do with birds.

      Sadly Smokey passed away. Mr Jingles is the new cat.
