This is a fixed blade knife that my great, great grandmother found while digging in her garden around the early 1900’s in Billing Montana. I have been unable to find out any information about the symbols and it’s origin. Any help is appreciated.

The knife is a Keen Kutter knife ( the upside brass logo)
