It's been a while since my last post, so I thought I'd share a recent find.
Purchased on eBay "But it Now" for $33.75 delivered, deals like this one are few-and-far-between, anymore. But they are still out there. The sign is a 1941 cardboard 16" x 27". It delivered poorly packaged and damaged, nevertheless I did my best to repair (and not let it bother me! :0). I had a period Kay Displays frame, the type in which these signs were originally displayed at fountains, stores, and shops.
It's nice to hang something so fine that didn't cost an arm and a leg. Keep up the hunt!
