Can someone tell me what kind of doll this is? I can't find any markings on it. It was found in an old farmhouse and was going to be thrown away.

I think she is made of cloth and composition, probably from the 1930s, but I don't know the maker without a marking. Have you lifted the wig a bit to see if there is a hidden marking?
      She is very sweet.

Agree late 1920s -40s "Mama Doll " these were very common and have a voice box that squeezed and sounded like a waaah but kids thought it said "mama."
I believe it is likely a Horseman Company doll. But yes, look under hair for marking like above comment. She has mohair wig, composition shoulder head and limbs . her eyes are tin.If she came with original clothes, it would help ID her. Sometimes we never know their names if company didn't mark doll or clothes. Some just had a hang tag on wrist.
