Spalding ACE Ball Can | Collectors Weekly

The can is made out of steel, it contains two blue balls inside,.
Spalding/Chicopee Mass. Made in USA printed in USA a Division of Questor is writen outside of can, I cant find no info on this item not even with the factory nor their Customer Svc department . I like to know if some one have any info.
