    Looking for any information on these. They are framed and quite heavy. Both are signed Bob Johnston 1/1 1981. Any help on the items or the artist would be greatly appreciated.

      Welcome to CW. Great pieces. Can you give us some more information. Where did you get them. What part of the country are you. This may help find more information on the artist.

      Thank you for responding. I picked them up in a charity shop in Idaho. I've seen a couple art prints on ebay that appear to be from the same artist (same time frame of late 1970s to mid/late 1980s and with the same subject matter of Old West, mountain men, cowboys, etc). But I'm having a very difficult time finding any information on the artist or these pieces in particular.

      I've reached out to a person that helped me solve my mystery. This person ran an art co-op in the 70s and 80s in the Tucson area. They sold a lot of western paintings, etc. I'll let you know if he has any information.

      My friend said he doesn't recognize the name. He also asked...I guess I didn't look that closely...are these ceramic?

      Thank you so much for making inquiries for me! No, they’re not ceramic. They’re some type of metal, possibly bronze? The fella in the cowboy hat has a small chip on his nose where you can see layers of material.
